Welcome to Tastiera 3.0! Check out the Tlog for the latest! Or just start pushing buttons.
What do you get when you cross Rush, Genesis, Yes, The Fixx, The Cult, Vangelis, System of a Down, and Muse? The answer, of course, is a grotesque creature with a couple dozen heads.
But if you combine the
musical influences of these people, you might get something sounding a bit like
Tastiera. And what is a
Tastiera, you ask? (Or at least that is what we are going to assume; play along with us here.) The long answer can be found on the
Alleged Artist page. The short answer is "for".
Here is the moderately-sized answer:
Tastiera is Italian for "keyboard". But, as you will discover if you explore this website (or as may be already overwhelmingly apparent, come to think of it),
Tastiera should be Italian for "warped geek with too much time on his hands".
The entertainment value of this website is virtually limitless, and it all begins with indiscriminately clicking on the navigation bar to the left. For the latest happenings, check out the Alleged Artist's
Tlog (we try to avoid use of that other -log word, because "Smart Filters" like to block sites that use it).
You can download
Tastiera's older works, and also purchase newer material, by visiting the
Listen or Buy page. You can also learn more than you ever wanted to know about
Tastiera (and their suspected alter-ego,
Velvet Cockroach) on the
Alleged Artist page. You can also also inexplicably request to be told even more things you really didn't need to know by signing up for the
Tastiera Newsletter. Finally, if you want to tell
Tastiera more than they ever wanted to know about you, feel free to sign the
Guestbook or
Contact Tastiera directly.
